The evening of the event, join Tim and Jason as they taste two wines, talk about the dos and don'ts of wine pairings, and Tim teaches you how to make a dish of Petrale Sole Meuniere. The wine they'll be pairing with the sole is the 2019 Esprit de Tablas Blanc, but they'll also be discussing one of our reds, which they encourage you to open with a plate of your favorite charcuterie and cheeses (just avoid any aged, runny cheeses) while you cook.
