"At Home With" Frasca and Tavernetta Dinner Featuring Tablas Creek and Neil Collins
During the pandemic, Frasca in Boulder and Tavernetta in Denver have launched a fun program called "At Home With". Each week, they portion and prepare the ingredients for a gourmet meal for two. Guests pick up the makings of the dinner and a paired bottle of wine, and then prepare and pair the meal at home with the help of a video discussion from the chef and winemaker.
This week, our 2018 Cotes de Tablas is the wine pairing for what sounds like a delicious English-themed dinner, starting with an English pea salad, then a short rib and root vegetable pie, and a sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Our Winemaker Neil Collins (native of Bristol, England) joined Frasca Partner Bobby Stuckey MS and Wine Director Carlin Carr to record the discussion a few weeks ago, and you're in for a treat.
