Now Accepting Registrations for Spring 2025
In March 2020, we launched a new club for collectors of our flagship Esprit de Tablas wines. Each year, members of the Esprit Club get a case of our current release of Esprit de Tablas, at a club-only 25% discount and $10 flat-rate shipping included.
This club is available as a stand-alone club, or as an addition to VINsider Wine Club/Collector's Edition membership. Joint VINsider/Esprit members receive a case discount and no-charge shipping included on their spring VINsider shipments as well.

Benefits of the Esprit Club
Esprit Club members get a case of our flagship Esprit de Tablas each spring, at our 25% case discount and shipped for just $10. It's that simple. Members also receive the following benefits:
- Complimentary admission to our annual early-December futures tasting, where members can taste the recent vintage of Esprit and reserve futures on it and our highly allocated Panoplie wine
- Priority notice of limited-seating winemaker dinners, seminars, and tastings
- Complimentary travel concierge service to assist them in planning their travels to France or the Central Coast.
- Free Seated Flight Tasting for you and your guests (up to 4) when you visit the Tablas Creek tasting room
- A 20% member savings (25% on orders of 12 bottles or more) on all additional orders of Tablas Creek wines, whether ordering in person, online, or by phone
- A 20% member savings on Tablas Creek merchandise
- A $20.00 gift certificate for you for each new club member you refer who signs up.
- Membership is free and may be cancelled at any time 30 days prior to the shipment date
- Members receive email notice of upcoming shipments six weeks and two weeks in advance, as well as a tracking number when their package ships from the warehouse
In addition, joint VINsider and Esprit Club members receive the following benefits:
- Your spring VINsider shipment (choose from Classic Mixed, Red Wine Selection or White Wine Selection) charged at the 25% case discount and shipped to you for $10
- Invitations to our semi-annual shipment tasting parties, where we open the wines in the most recent shipment for members to try, paired with food.
- Complimentary Seated Flight Tasting for up to six people, when you visit

About the 2022 Esprit de Tablas
The Esprit Club continues in March 2025 with the 2022 Esprit de Tablas:
- Our flagship red blend, based on Mourvedre, from an extremely low yielding vintage that produced concentrated flavors, noteworthy texture, and intense fruit. A vintage noted for its combination of structure and vibrancy.
- 96 points James Suckling, "A complex and inviting nose of bramble berries, coffee beans, tobacco leaves and violets. The palate is full-bodied but fresh, with silky smooth tannins and bright acidity, showing notes of wild blackberries, dark chocolate and orange rind. Wonderfully balanced and giving. Made from a blend of 40% mourvedre, 28% grenache, 22% syrah, 4% vaccarese, 3% counoise and 3% cinsault. Drink or hold."
- 95 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, “The 2022 Esprit de Tablas is 40% Mourvèdre, 28% Grenache, 22% Syrah, 4% Vaccarese, 3% Counoise and 3% Cinsaut. The energetic nose displays classic aromas of decadent dark fruits, new leather, fresh herbs and bright spices within a refined, graceful package. The palate strikes a delicious balance between sumptuous, ample concentration and palpable precision, remaining tight and focused without ever approaching austerity. The finish is impressively long and multidimensional, with a beautiful balance of tight, fine tannins and very bright, clean, energetic acidity. This feels gently guided and meticulously crafted rather than polished and uniform, and I am eager to follow its development.”

This is finessed and graceful, with a lifted feel and cooling acidity that propels its mineral-laced red berry fruits across the palate. Blood orange notes and cedary spice resonate on as the 2022 finishes tannic and long with a classically dry impression and primary concentration. This is a beautiful Esprit de Tablas in the making which I expect will enjoy a long and broad drinking window."
The price of the shipment will be $630 (a 25% member savings off the list price of $840) plus applicable taxes and $10 shipping.
Spring 2025 Esprit Club shipments will be available for pickup starting March 14th.
