Adam worked for nearly a decade managing winery and business operations in the Oregon wine industry. He played a pivotal role in introducing wine in refillable bottles and expanding keg wine offerings in Oregon, including launching the first refillable-only wine club at Coopers Hall Winery in 2020. Adam has a passion for environmentally conscious food production, promoting refillables as a critical component of a resilient supply chain and supporting vibrant, equitable, and sustainable communities.
