Doug has spent decades contributing to the wine industry through his writing and his role as a co-founder of the Beverage Alcohol Resource program. In addition to his work as an educator, he is the co-owner of Echolands Winery in Walla Walla, Washington. This conversation will provide insight into his career in wine education, the evolution of the global wine market, and his experience establishing a winery in the Pacific Northwest.
