Winemaker Neil Collins is headed to the renowned Crested Butte Food and Wine Festival. He will take part in events throughout the week:
July 20 I "Welcome Home" Winemaker Dinner ft. Tablas Creek
A 3-course, 3-wine dinner with winemaker Neil Collins. Only 85 seats available. Restaurant TBD.
July 21 I Seminar "Regenerative Organic Certification"
Shelley Sale from Southern Glazer's will moderate a conversation between our winemaker Neil Collins and winemaker Gerard Bertrand, in a conversation around "Beyond Organic: Biodynamic Viticulture in both New + Old World Wines." Four wines, two from each producer, will accompany the seminar. Final details TBD.
July 22 I The Grand Tasting

July 23 I The Grand Vintner Gala + Auction
The Gala will feature 3 headlining chefs each preparing 1 course. Each course will be paired with wine from 1 winery and Tablas Creek is selected as one of these producers.
