Jason Haas will join Dan Dawson at the Napa Valley Wine Academy to lead a component tasting and discussion of the Tablas Creek “Esprit de Tablas” red and white wines. On the tasting menu are:
- Tablas Creek Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Picpoul and Esprit Blanc.
- Tablas Creek Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Counoise and Esprit Rouge.
