The evening begins with a tasting at 5:00 PM followed by a primal, open-fire family-style dinner at 6:30 PM. The meal is highlighted by tri-tip, lamb chops, and snapper collars cooked over a live flame.
Rather than individual composed courses, expect a communal style of dining, with generous dishes passed around the table and enjoyed alongside the evening’s extensive list of featured Tablas Creek wines.
Wines available for purchase with your meal include the 2024 Patelin de Tablas Rosé, 2024 Patelin de Tablas Blanc, 2024 Patelin de Tablas Rouge, 2024 Vermentino, varietal Mourvèdre and Grenache, and the Esprit de Tablas Blanc and Rouge.
