Join Proprietor Jason Haas for an exclusive Tablas Creek Vineyard winemaker dinner at The Oakville Grill & Cellar in Chicago's West Loop. This evening features a five-course, five-wine menu that includes pairings like Seared Ahi Tuna with marinated honeycrisp apples, crispy potato strings and yuzu caramel (paired with our 2025 Grenache Blanc) and Red Wine Braised Short Rib with fregola ratatouille (paired with our 2021 Esprit de Tablas).
