Tablas Creek Wine Dinner at Allegretto Vineyard Resort

Join Proprietor Jason Haas for a collaborative wine dinner at the Allegretto Vineyard Resort in Paso Robles. Jason will host the evening alongside Chef Stanley Carbajal to explore a menu designed to highlight the texture and complexity of five Tablas Creek wines.
The evening begins with a reception featuring small bites and a charcuterie station, followed by a five-course, five-wine dinner at Cello Ristorante & Bar. This event focuses on the synergy between local ingredients like Dungeness crab and roasted duck with our wines, including the 2023 Esprit de Tablas and 2022 Syrah.
