Join National Sales Manager Darren Delmore for an intimate autumn evening at Cotton Row in Huntsville on Wednesday, October 14th.
Crafted by Chef James Boyce, the four-course, four-wine dinner is preceded by an hors d'oeuvres reception paired with Patelin de Tablas Rosé. Highlights include Wild Mushroom Pappardelle with cognac cream, parmigiano-reggiano, crispy sage paired with Esprit de Tablas Blanc, and Red Wine Braised Lamb Shank with yukon gold potato purée, roasted baby carrots, cipollini onion, rosemary jus prepared with Esprit de Tablas Rouge.
