Tablas Creek Director of Winemaking Chelsea Franchi will join Ryan Deovlet of Deovlet Wines for a collaborative dinner at Ember Restaurant on Monday, April 13th. This partnership has been years in the making and offers a rare opportunity to taste selections from two distinct California growing regions side by side in an upscale setting.

The evening features a specialized format where each course is accompanied by two glasses of wine, allowing guests to explore the interplay between different varieties and winemaking styles:

The meal begins with a reception featuring the Myers-Deovlet NV Sparkling Chardonnay 'Line of Descent'

First-course: pairings of 2023 Deovlet Wines Sanford & Benedict Vineyard Chardonnay alongside our 2023 Esprit de Tablas Blanc

Second-course: 2023 Deovlet Wines La Encantada Vineyard Pinot Noir paired with our 2023 Estate Mourvedre

Main-course: 2023 Deovlet Wines Sonny Boy and our 2023 Esprit de Tablas

Dessert: 2017 Tablas Creek Vin de Paille Mourvedre
