This week, we're excited to host Mike Sinor, Winemaker at Sinor-LaVallee Wine Company and Director of Winemaking at Ancient Peaks.
Mike is recognized as one of the Central Coast's highest-rated winemakers. Both he and Neil have been making wines on the Central Coast for a long time and have a lot to talk about! Neil will be opening our featured 2018 Esprit de Tablas Blanc and newly released 2019 Mourvedre. Mike will be opening a 2018 Ancient Peaks Cabernet Sauvignon Pearl Collection and his unreleased 2020 Sinor-LaVallee Pinot Noir Carbonic.
We encourage you to open up a bottle of Tablas Creek and/or Sinor-LaVallee wines to enjoy during the tasting.
