This week we are excited to host legendary fourth-generation winemaker and regenerative agriculture advocate Paul Dolan. As the winemaker and president of Fetzer Vineyards, Paul launched Bonterra, the first nationally distributed wine made with 100 percent organic grapes. He is currently the president of Truett-Hurst and a board member of the Regenerative Organic Alliance.
