Shipment Details
- For scheduled club shipments, you will receive email notice of your upcoming shipment 6 weeks, and 2 weeks in advance. Your tracking number will come to you by email the day it ships.
- For a la carte orders we receive, we ship the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday following the day you placed your order. Shipments will not be shipped the same day the order is placed. If you wish to delay shipping, please make a note in the special instructions section upon checkout.
- Club shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, or GSL. Packaging is sturdy and environmentally-friendly. If you have a preference as to your carrier, just let us know.
- Wine deliveries always require an adult signature – carriers will not leave packages at the door. Since delivery is Monday-Friday, we strongly recommend using a business address for your wine deliveries if you are away from home during the day.

* As of 1/1/2025 Maui has implemented a new permit system that precludes us from shipping there. We are in contact with the island's administration and hope to have approval to ship later this year. Meanwhile, if you have questions about Maui orders, please give us a call.
