Shipping Costs and Details

• For scheduled club shipments, you will receive email notice of your upcoming shipment 6 weeks, and 2 weeks in advance. Your tracking number will come to you by email the day it ships.
• For a la carte orders we receive, we ship the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday following the day you placed your order. Shipments will not be shipped the same day the order is placed. If you wish to delay shipping, please make a note in the special instructions section upon checkout.
• Club shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, or GSL. Packaging is sturdy and environmentally-friendly. If you have a preference as to your carrier, just let us know.
• Wine deliveries always require an adult signature – carriers will not leave packages at the door. Since delivery is Monday-Friday, we strongly recommend using a business address for your wine deliveries if you are away from home during the day.

States we do not ship or have restrictions (call for details): AL, AR, DE, LA, MS, NJ, RI, UT

* As of 1/1/2024 Alaska requires wineries to obtain a new state shipping permit, but has not yet ironed out how this is to be done. We're currently unable to ship orders to Alaska addresses but are working with the state and hope to have the permit in place by the end of March. Meanwhile, if you have questions about Alaska orders, please give us a call.
